Somatic coaching is rooted in the understanding that trauma and chronic stress is not just psychological, it’s also physiological. This means your trauma responses physically play out in the landscape of your body, not just your mind. Through a combination of mind-body practices, I support people in befriending their bodies and taking meaningful action toward their wellbeing and healing.

My signature Trauma Alchemy Course is an 8-week live-virtual course to support you in physically releasing trauma, reclaiming your mind-body health and empowering you with the tools to begin healing.

Safe & Sound Protocol

Trauma and chronic stress can retune your autonomic nervous system toward chronic states of defense. When you’re stuck in chronic states of defense, an embodied or “felt-sense” of safety may feel unreachable. The Safe & Sound Protocol is an evidence-based program developed by Dr. Stephen Porges that functions as an acoustic vagal nerve stimulator to help repattern the autonomic nervous system and initiate healing.

Yoga & TRE® Classes

Join me every Saturday for live-virtual classes from the comfort of your own home, where we create space to breathe and be in your body. The schedule alternates weekly between nourishing Vinyasa classes and Yoga + TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) to help reset your nervous system and release deep muscular patterns of tension, stress and trauma.
