ALOHA, I'M LIZ. A CERTIFIED POLYVAGAL-INFORMED SOMATIC COACH AND NERVOUS SYSTEM EDUCATOR.

I've been practicing and teaching somatic work in various forms for almost 20 years. I am certified polyvagal-informed through the Polyvagal Institute and the Polyvagal Theory provides a scientific framework that informs all of the bottom-up approaches I use to support people in releasing trauma and learning how to regulate their nervous systems.
