VINYASA CLASSES LEVEL 2
This intermediate class focuses on releasing the neck and upper trapezius - a place in the body where we chronically store tension and stress. We'll move through a series of standing balancing poses and will also have the opportunity to go upside down into pincha mayurasana (forearm stand). Supinated pincha mayurasana is also offered as a fun variation. We cool down with a gentle neck release for the scalenes and levator scapula. Props Suggested: Two blocks.
