VINYASA CLASSES LEVEL 2
This class focuses on opening up stubborn hamstrings, calves and inner thighs. We use the length created in the backs of the legs to help us move toward Eka Pada Koundinyasana II as well as flirt with the idea of pressing from standing split into handstand. Expect a variety of hamstring opening poses like Parsvotanasana, Prasarita Padottanasana and Standing Split. Props Suggested: A strap.
In this creatively sequenced class, we continously flow in and out of postures to create warmth and openness in the body. Options for arm balances and inversions are offered along with fluid core work to build heat and strength.
