Try this simple avocado toast recipe:
Cut one ripe avocado in half, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh. Mash the avocado in a small mixing bowl and lightly season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add a dash of lemon juice. Spread onto your favorite toast (the toast pictured is gluten-free Rice Millet bread from Food for Life). Garnish with organic sliced radishes and an extra dash of pepper.
